I charge a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations within 2 days of the scheduled appointment. 100% for day of or day before. The client is sent a reminder text 3 days before and if decides to cancel any time the next morning or later a fee will be charged. If client reschedules within the work week no charge will be drawn. 3rd rescedhule will call for 100% cancellation fee. For out-of-town guest receiving free installation special for new hair extensions if the client does not return within a six week period for their first maintenance appointment, the $300 installation fee will be charged to the card on file Thank you for understanding!
